Indian Anime Club is an independent, India-focused fan community founded by Satya Prasad. For questions about this notice or information you have sent us, contact prasad@indiananimeclub.com.

Information you choose to send us

If you email us or contact us through Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, or another external service, we receive the details you choose to share. This can include your email address or platform username, message, links, and attachments. We use that information to respond, review feedback or correction requests, address concerns, and manage the conversation.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary. Social platforms handle your communication under their own terms and privacy policies.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics with measurement ID G-M4738D1ZND to understand general website use. Google's default Analytics implementation can collect information such as user and session statistics, approximate location, browser and device information, and activity associated with a visit. Depending on configuration and visitor settings, Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Microsoft Clarity

The site also uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages and identify usability issues. Microsoft documents interaction and diagnostic events, such as clicks, scrolling, page visibility, and technical errors, along with information that can support playback-style analysis. The specific information available depends on the service and configuration. Do not enter sensitive personal information while browsing.

We use messages sent directly to us to respond and manage relevant editorial, community, or privacy requests. We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably useful for those purposes, record keeping, or issue resolution. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children and young visitors

Indian Anime Club is intended for a general anime-fan audience. We do not ask visitors to submit personal information just to read articles. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us and you have a concern, contact us so we can review the request.

Questions or requests

You may ask about a message you sent or request deletion where appropriate. Tell us which communication or information you mean so we can locate it and avoid confusing it with someone else's message.
